Sanbra – Terms of Use

Sanbra is a free app offering access to paid services from third-party providers. We’re a tech platform – not the service provider.

• Must be 18+ to use Sanbra.
• Keep OTPs private – we never ask for them.
• Some features require location access.

• Register with a valid phone number and email address.
• Log in using OTP or biometrics.
• Government issued ID may be required for some services where applicable.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable.

• The app is free to download.
• Pay with cash, card, or mobile money options.
• Fraudulent payments may be blocked.

• Content/offers may be provided by partners.
• We are not responsible for third-party content.
• Vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Your data is protected as per our Privacy Policy. Biometric data is stored on your device, not on our servers.

• Don’t abuse the app or break the law.
• Treat providers respectfully.
• You are responsible for actions on your account.

• Where applicable, rating maybe compulsory.
• You will be required to rate a service upon completion or delivery.
• Ratings are neccessary to hold each other accountable.

• Discount on rides cannot be combined with other ongoing promo.
• Discount are not cash redeemable for both rider and driver.
• For drivers, discounted completed trips amount will be used as payment for commission.

• You may delete your account.
• We may block your accounts if misused.

All app content belongs to us or our partners. Do not copy or misuse our assets.
